Existing VS Proposed floor plan

Six Senses Spas is a renowned spa brand with various locations throughout the world. Designing their new branch in Belvedere Hotel, Mykonos, was challenging due to the traditional architecture and design restrictions enforced in the area. From entirely re-designing the existing interior, to the custom design of each furniture piece, the approach was consistent with the brand’s, hotel’s, and local architecture’s values, aiming for the best customer experience.

Reflecting the traditional architecture of Mykonos, the spa’s decor features classic white walls and marble floors complimented by locally crafted timber features. Natural fabrics in shades of Aegean blue and white together with soft lighting & skylights work around the absence of natural lighting, while adding warm highlights to evoke the serenity of the island.

I was involved in the production and design of all phases (SD to CA), as well as CMF specifications. All content belongs to Concept Boarding, unless otherwise noted.
